Life On The Mississippi by Mark Twain - Illustrated. Antique hard back 1st Edition mixed state published by James R. Osgood and Company 1883. Includes more than 300 illustrations.
From my understanding, this book contains a couple traits that make it a mixed state 1st Ed. The illustration on page 443 is still incorrectly labeled The St. Louis Motel when it is actually the St. Charles Hotel. Also, page 441 is blank, instead of having an illustration of a burning author.
Condition: Cover has some normal signs of use and edge wear mainly at the spine. Page edges show soiling when book is closed. Pages are still bound tight with light discoloration on page edges.
