The Innocents Abroad Or The New Pilgrim's Progress by Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens). American Publishing Company 1890. Hard back book with no dust jacket.
The title page indicates it is "the steamship Quaker City's pleasure excursion to Europe and the Holy Land; with descriptions of countries, nations, incidents and adventures as they appeared to the author." 234 illustrations included. So it is a travel book, as experienced through the eyes of Mark Twain.
Condition: Cover has some wear on the spine ends and corners. Page edges when closed show some soiling. Binding appears to be tight. Pages are clean with no writing that I could find. Page 81/82 has a small tear at the bottom, but not across any text.

This is a gift for my husband. Arrived quickly, and it is in very good shape for such an ancient tome (!). I know he'll like it! Thank you!-Chris S
