This is a victorian 1890s watch fob with a belt buckle design. Pin back at the top and clasp at the bottom to hold a pocket watch. It measures 3.75" long total. I do not see any maker marks on it.
Condition is good for a used fob of this age. There is some obvious wear to spots of the gold as can be seen in the photos.
