This is the November 15, 1969 No. 46 edition of Rolling Stone featuring the Beatles on the cover. It's in nice shape as you can see from the sample photos. There are lots of other articles on music and musicians inside. Besides the Beatles, there is also a large Jimi Hendrix story.
The magazine has a label on it from the subscriber years ago, as well as some handwriting in pen near the label.
