This is a vintage Thermo-Serv Bugles by General Mills snack chips advertising mug. It holds 12 oz of liquid filled to a comfortably full level. The handled hard plastic cup stands about 6.5" tall and is in excellent shape with just a minor scratch near the rim that is the dark spot in the last photo.
