Vintage Alaska Wood Otter Sculpture, Handmade Folk Art Clark, Alaskan Wood Carving
This is a handmade vintage wooden otter and stand, made in Alaska by Art Clark. The otter itself measures about 2.5" tall and 9" nose to end of tail. Comes with the nice wood base to display it measuring 9" x 6".
The bottom of the base is signed by the artist, "Art Clark, Wrangell, Alaska, Dec. '78 #34." There is also a sticker that reads: Authentic Handicraft from Alaska. Both the otter and the base have felt pads to protect furniture.
The otter is in nice shape with just a couple minor marks, one on the top of the tail and one on the side as shown, but nothing that detracts from how nice it displays.
