Condition is pretty nice overall. The inside cover page has an inscription "To My Dearly Beloved Kitty" and a tear as shown. The following page may have been torn out. There are many wonderful black and white pictures with protective paper still in front. There are handwritten records on the marriage, birth and death section for the family of Terrence Fleming, with the first recorded date being his marriage to Anna ? on Jan. 1, 1888.
The metal clasps are bent, and one is partially unattached as shown. Pages appear to be clean and in great shape with some minor expected yellowing of the edges.
