Antique Amber Oil Lamp, Thumbprint & Star Daisy Pattern ca: 1890s-1920s Nouveau, Pressed Glass 2 Piece Light
This is an original antique pressed glass amber color oil lamp from about the late 1800s to the 1920s. The font metal piece that holds the chimney and wick on top is somewhat bent up and kind of grimy with greening etc., and the lamp itself could use a deep cleaning in the impressions.
There is a good dark patina on the center brass piece and overall it is great condition, no chips or cracks.
It measures about 9.75"tall to the shoulder/top (not counting the font), and about 4.5" x 4.5" across the bottom.
I have not tried to light it, it may need a new font and wick. There is no chimney.
