The Hardback book measures 9.5" x 7.25" with 143 pages. It has some moisture evidence along top edge and on back (see 4th & 5th pictures) and a little on bottom edge. A 3.0" x 1.0" light spot/stain of something on inside 1st cover page, other than that the inside is clean and readable, no pages stuck together. Overall very clean inside.
