Science fiction book for boys according to the inside flap of the dust jacket. Published by Charles Scribner's Sons and copyright 1947 by Robert A. Heinlein. It is an ex-library book.
Condition: Has had lots of use. The dust jacket is taped to the cover of the book. The front cover page has evidence of the library card that used to be attached. Binding is split and lots of pages are torn at the binding edge to some degree up from the bottom. Lots of discoloration and stains. Page 55 has a large tear. Moisture staining toward the middle of the book on many pages. Several pages have tape. Please see all photos and purchase assuming it is in rough, very used shape
