A lot of 2 ribbons from the Civil War era, late 1800s.
The first is a black and silver In Memoriam memorial ribbon with photo of General U.S. Grant with his date of birth and death. The back has a Torsch & Lee manufacturers, Baltimore, MD sticker. It measures 6.5" long and 2.5" wide. It is in good shape with a worn line on the top as shown, and the round photo of Grant is coming up at the edges.
The second ribbon is a depiction of George S. Dawson of Post No. 63 G.A.R. Albany, N.Y. It measures 9.25" long and 2.5" wide. There are tiny holes on and above the eagle and some soiling, mostly at the top.
