This is a WWII 1940s era cloth medic Red Cross arm band. It is an off white or dingy white color with a red cross in the center on the outside. The inside has a stamped M 864257 and a handwritten 425.
It measures 17.5" x 3.75".
Condition: Band is not as white as the photos look to me. There is what I believe to be general soiling on the outside, as well as some bleeding of the black stamped number on to areas of the back side. One straight section of the red cross has come apart also. Please see all photos.
