This is the #27 Dec. 1959 - Jan. 1960 bimonthly comic by National Comics Publication The Brave and the Bold Suicide Squad Task Force X. It is complete and includes all the 25 numbered page comic plus advertisements, etc.
I am not a comic book grader, and this comic is in rough shape, so please see the photos and condition description for details and assume it is worse than described and you should be happy.
The cover is completely loose from the rest of the comic and spine is badly torn. The middle of the comic which comprises and ad plus pages 13-15 of the comic is also loose. There is writing on the cover, as well as stains on it and the title page. Back cover is torn on the bottom right. Quite a few pages have small edge tears on both the open edge and binding edge. General discoloration, bends, creases, etc. from use.
