This is a pair of WWI Army military breaches. I believe they are US Army but am not sure. They have button cuffs as well as button fly. The blue and white striped lining at the top inside of the pants I think was added later.
Measurements are:
Waist - 30"
Inseam - 24.5"
Front Rise - 12"
Condition: Blue and white lining I don't think is original. There are a lot of moth holes as shown in the photos. Hole in the crotch lining. A few small stains.
