This is a vintage Ball Pen, from the 1960s, sold as a fundraiser for Boys Baseball Pony League.
The retractable ink pen is blue and white colored with silver tone accents and is still mint on the card.
The plastic over the pen has lifted up a little at the bottom edge. Please see all photos.
