This is a the December 27, 1937 issue of Time Magazine with Walt Disney on the cover, shown with the 7 dwarfs Happy, Grumpy, Bashful, Sneezy, Sleepy, Doc, and Dopey. It is Volume XXX Number 26.
There is an article about Walt Disney under the Cinema heading as shown. I've included a few more inside photos also. The back cover is a Lucky Strike advertisement.
Condition: Some spine and cover edge wear. The cover is torn on both the top and bottom edge about a 1/2". Pages clean inside with minor corner bends.
