This is a very rare Poll Book for an October election for Philadelphia PA in 1864 from the 82nd Regiment of Pennsylvania held at camp near Winchester VA. according to the information on the first page. There were 16 men voting and listed on the Electors page.
It does not include election for the President of the USA in this particular poll book.
It measures 16.75" x 12.25" tall.
Besides the Oaths of the Judges and Clerks, and the Electors pages, some of which are blank, the rest of the book consists of tally pages for each office up for vote.
Condition: Has been folded, and there is soiling on the cover as well as a little on quite a few pages. Overall in great shape for being over 150 years old and paper. Please see all photos.
