A wonderful vintage letterman sweater from WSU, Washington State University in Pullman, Washington from around the 1940s. Crimson red with grey W on the front in a V neck pullover style. It is a little richer, darker color in person than the photographs seem to show.
The sweater was made by Lasley Knitting Co. of Seattle and is 100% wool, with the name G. Smith embroidered above the label. No size indicated.
Measurements taken flat as follows:
Armpit to armpit - 21.5"
Shoulder width - 18.5"
Sleeve Length - 26"
Length from back base of neck - 30"
Condition: Excellent, looks never worn.
