This is a Doye O'dell photo postcard mailed from Los Angeles California in March of 1960 to David Cook in Riffe, WA. The postcard is hand written and signed by Doye O'Dell.
The postcard itself measures approximately 5.5" x 3.5" and has been laminated. It looks to be in nice shape for having gone through the mail.
Incidentally, the town of Riffe, WA no longer exists and is known as Riffe Lake now. Here's an article about the town that was flooded to create Mossyrock Dam.
