A vintage Galveston pennant with a large single star on it. There is a label on the back from Purdy's Book Store, Galveston, Texas. Known as the lone star state.
Colors are navy, red and off white.
Measures 28" long not counting the ties, and just under 9" wide at the top. Letters and star are stitched onto the felt pennant.
May have some minor soiling. There is a light spot under the A, next to the T and to the right of the N. A bit of stitching is missing between the E and S. Please see all photos.
