This is a vintage 250mm F 5.6 No. 1919 mirror lens by Lentar. Comes with the carrying case. Made in Japan.
Lens is untested but looks clear. There is an area on the side, seen in the second photo, that looks like something was brushed on it. Case has some minor soiling, signs of use and stitching ends loose.
