This is vintage BattleTech RPG metal miniature figure by Ral Partha Enterprises in the original orange blister pack. This one is 20-838 BLR-1G Battlemaster from the 1980s. Copyright 1986 on the bottom.
Figure is made of metal and contains lead, very detailed and stands about 2" tall.
