This is The X-men The Origin of Professor X Marvel Comic Volume 1 Number 12 from July 1965. Features The Juggernaut.
Condition: Poor, but complete. The cover is nearly completely detached from the rest of the comic with many spine tears on it. General light soiling, bends, creases and discoloration. Please see all photos and assume it's worse than it looks.
