Rare 1930s Aimee Semple McPherson vs Charles Lee Smith, Evangelist Atheist Debate Gorilla Poster
This is a rare 1930s, probably 1934, poster for two debates that took place between Aimee Semple McPherson (a Christian Evangelist and founder of Four Square Church) and Atheist Charles Lee Smith. They debated in the afternoon on the topic of evolution and in the evening about whether there is a God.
Poster measures 7 7/8" x 16 7/8" tall. It has been stored folded and has some other signs of use and age, but overall nice for something of this nature and age.
