This is a rare vintage Dakota Maid First Patent Bleached Flour mini promo sack by State Mill. Was possibly a salesman advertising premium promo or a souvenir.
Measures 3" tall and is stuffed with cotton or similar soft material.
Condition: Soiling and possibly some fading. The seam on top has started to come open as shown in the next to last photo above.
