Rare Jr Birdmen of America Patch, Vintage Aviation 1930s Model Plane Building, Wing Shield
A nice rare vintage Jr. Birdmen of America wings and shield patch. Measures 7.75" long and 2 5/8" tall. This was an organization for boys and girls interested in model plane building and aviation, founded in 1934. Patch features a birds wingspan in gold, with shield of 5 gold stars and 7 strips in red and white.
The patch is in nice shape with just a couple small spots on the wings where the felt type material is missing.
