This is a 1993 The Kramer T Shirt. He was a character on the sitcom tv show Seinfeld. The line, "He is a loathsome offensive brute yet I can't look away" is below the large image of Cosmo Kramer played by Michael Richards.
The shirt is marked a size Large. It measures 22" armpit to armpit for 44" chest total, and 26" long. It has some wash wear, a couple very small spots that may come out in the laundry, and some light pit stain. A great vintage shirt from a classic TV show.
